Level 1
Gentle Chair Yoga
Classes are designed for those who have had no previous exposure to Yoga, but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. This program works every joint in the body gently and systematically from head to toe enhancing joint mobility while stretching and rehabilitating the connective tissue. It can be as relaxed or as strenuous as you want.
The class is taught at a very gentle pace but has the capacity to really challenge physically fit people. The level is up to each individual whether you are in bed, just out of surgery, in a wheel chair, or may be a tri-anthelion participant. In this class you will be taught where to go for your body. This class can be done in a chair, standing, or lying on a mat; you decide. This is yoga at its best for health and wellness.
Level 2
Gentle Adaptive Yoga
For everyone. This class is suitable for all beginners; those returning to yoga after a break, anyone new to yoga, people with limited range of movement or who are in pain or discomfort. The class will include, The Joint Freeing Series ©, gentle yoga poses, deep relaxation and breath work. Everyone leaves feeling energized, relaxed and rejuvenated.

The poses will be broken down to help in understanding the alignment of the postures, the language used, and the benefit of practicing the poses. Modifications can be given to all poses ensuring safety, and accommodating any previous injuries.


Level 3
Adaptive Mixed Level Yoga
For people who are more than beginners. This class will include a gentle yoga flow, which will increase cardio workout, standing and mat poses, deep relaxation and breath work. If you can get up and down out of a chair then you can do this class. If you have back and knee issues all poses can be adapted.
