I highly recommend Deborah’s Yoga classes. I, as a nurse, had the opportunity to work closely with Deborah and witness the outstanding improvements in anxiety, stress and depression in patients incorporating Yoga into their daily lives. In addition, those with diabetes experienced decreased blood sugars that resulted in lower doses of medication and in some cases being able to discontinue them. People experiencing chronic pain from arthritis reported improvement in pain resulting in the need for less pain medication.
